The Gluteal Nerve starts at the sacral plexus or the pelvis and wraps around to the Gluteus muscles.  This nerve sends signals from the central nervous system to your hip and behind muscles.

You sit on some pretty important muscles every day. They are made  up of three different muscles that work together. The Gluteus maximus is the biggest of the three. The Gluteus medius is also on the outside of your behind and the Gluteus minimus is a deep tissue muscle. The gallbladder is a small pear shaped organ that holds bile before it goes into the small intestine. The bile then helps the intestines digest the food that you eat.
